Large German Silver Tankard
Large and impressive German late 19tn century gilt 800 silver beer tankard. Topped with a sculpted figure of Napoleon Bonaparte. Body of tankard embossed and engraved with a battle scene (probably the battle of Austerlitz). Stands on three ball-shaped legs. Handle embossed with plant motifs. Height: 49 cm. Weight: 2782 grams. Marked.
