St. Petersburg, Kornilov Brothers Factory, 1861-1884
Russian Pan-Slavic style porcelain plate featuring Imperial Russian double-headed eagle within a geometric pattern ornament and an old Russian saying around the border of the plate.
Underglaze blue factory mark.
