A Swiss dagger bayonet for use on the renowned 7.5X55 caliber Sturmgewehr 57 assault rifle made by the firm Schweizerische Industrie-Gesellschaft (S.I.G.). The "W + F" mark indicates assembly by Waffenfabrik Bern. Features a plastic ribbed handle, double-edged blade marked on the ricasso with a serial number: W 384804. The scabbard has the leather tab for securing in the belt frog, marked: "F. Thür, Sattler. Appenzell."
Dimensions: L: 15 in., (38 cm.)
