AN ANTIQUE RUSSIAN GOLD PENDANT WITH SAPPHIRE
Teardrop-shaped pendant with a large cut natural sapphire (approximately 2-carats) surrounded by (approximately 1.5-carat) diamonds. Hallmarks: 875 and 58.3 next to a female head turned to the right. Presented in an original square leather case with silk lining and a bright blue velvet cushion. End of the 19th century.
