A PAIR OF EARLY 19 C. PORCELAIN CENTERPIECES POSSIBLY RUSSIAN
Early 19th century First Empire style vases. The centerpieces are paired porcelain openwork baskets with a gold rim, held on the head by a figure of an angel made of gilded bronze. The cubic bronze stand is decorated with gilded overlays and embossed patterns. France, the first half of the 19th century.
Dimensions: H: 15 1/2 in., (39 cm.)
Condition: Very good overall, the gilding on porcelain tops is partially lost
