A RUSSIAN NICHOLAS I THREE-PIECE PORCELAIN SET
Three items from the service for the dowry of the daughter of Emperor Nicholas I, Grand Duchess Olga Nikolaevna: 1846 The lot includes a porcelain tureen on a stand with a lid, an ice bucket, and a teacup. Each piece is marked with the blue underglaze stamp of the Imperial Porcelain Factory with the monogram of Nicholas I under the imperial crown. Ref.: Imperial Porcelain Factory, St. Petersburg, 2008, pp 364-365.
