ITALIAN FRESCO PRINT
Framed print of an Italian fresco at the Bottani House. Visible area 34 x 23.25 inches. Overall area 36.25 x 25 inches. The fresco shows a young child riding a hippocampus, a mythological half-horse half-sea creature, between the heads one of mythological and crowned characters. The Bottani House is one of the last remaining houses in Bergamo, Italy which has frescoes from the sixteenth century. Visible area 34 x 23.25 inches. Overall frame size 36.25 x 25 inches. Made up of four pieces mounted together with some repairs at center line. Not examined outside of frame. Ready for display.
