Ink on paper
Eran Shakine, painter and sculptor, was born in 1962, Tel Aviv. Lived in Tel Aviv, New York and London.Eran Shakin's work ranges between painting and sculpture. Shakin's early works, from the 90s of the 20th century, included painting motifs such as goats and other animals, which were painted in an expressive style, emphasizing the materiality of the painting. At the same time, Shakin created a series of bronze sculptures with reference to architecture and archaeology. In his works from the second decade of the 21st century, the influence of pop art is evident in the images and style of the work.
