Pair of Chinese Bone Sculptures depicting Chinese emperor & empress sitting on a throne and holding monarchy symbols, with realistically depicted garment wrinkle outline, the emperor is in a beard stroking action in a nautral human motion. Behind the emperor and the empress detailed flags, good condition except for a small repair mark next to one of the empress' flags, partially blackened, beginning of 20th century, signed.
